Pakistan’s Saud Shakeel scored the first double century of the WTC 23-25 cycle against Sri Lanka in the first Test at Galle, Sri Lanka. It is also the highest individual score of this WTC cycle so far.

Yashavi Jaiswal, the Indian opener, scored 171 runs on his Test debut against the West Indies. This is the second-highest individual score by a debutant in the WTC since its inception.
