Even though he has only one 40+ average season throughout his IPL career, the hitman has been at his best when hitting those over-the-ropes boundaries. He is the leading Indian player to hit the most sixes in IPL.
Rohit Sharma, the man with the most centuries in T20 Internationals, has only two centuries in the IPL. The Mumbai batsman’s first IPL century came against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2012 and the recent one came in the 2024 edition.
Rohit also became the first-ever player to score more than 1000 runs against KKR.
